Because our products are frozen and perishable, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any orders once they have been shipped. This policy helps us maintain strict food safety standards and ensures the integrity of our products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@snaxbites.co.uk with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll do our best to make it right, which may include a replacement or partial refund at our discretion.
Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers once your order has left our facility. However, if your delivery is significantly delayed or your package does not arrive, please contact us so we can investigate and support you where possible.
