At SnaxBites, we take great care to ensure our homemade Portuguese rissóis, croquetes, and bolinhos reach you frozen, fresh, and full of flavour. All our products are handmade and frozen immediately to preserve their quality.
Shipping Area
We currently ship to mainland UK only. If you're in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, or another remote area, please contact us before ordering to confirm delivery availability for your postcode.
Packaging & Frozen Delivery
All orders are packed in insulated boxes with dry ice or frozen gel packs to maintain temperatures below -18°C during transit. Our packaging is designed to keep products frozen for up to 48 hours.
We partner with reliable couriers experienced in frozen food delivery to ensure your SnaxBites order arrives safely and on time.
Dispatch & Delivery Times

Orders are shipped from Monday to Thursday to avoid weekend delays.

Our standard delivery is Next-Day (after dispatch).

Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday.

You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.
Important: Receiving Your Order
Frozen items must be placed in the freezer immediately upon arrival.
To ensure safe delivery:

Please make sure someone is available to receive the parcel on the first delivery attempt.

We cannot accept responsibility for items that thaw due to missed deliveries.
Returns & Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged, partially thawed, or with any issues, please email us at info@snaxbites.co.uk within 24 hours, including a photo of the packaging and contents. We'll gladly offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Sustainability
We aim to use eco-friendly, recyclable packaging where possible. Please follow your local council guidelines for disposing of packaging materials and any dry ice or cooling agents.
